Our various robotic solutions for automatically unloading cheese from cheese racks ensure efficient, stable and product-friendly handling. The cheese can be supplied to, for example, a processing line or packaging line, or transferred to a different carrier. Internal transport of both the cheese and the racks can also be integrated with conveyor belts, lifts and/or AGVs.

Thanks to the flexibility of robots, many different rack types, rack sizes and cheese varieties can be processed automatically. With custom-made grippers, the cheese can be taken out of the rack either loose or with its shelf and, if necessary, turned.

The desired capacity, layout and type of carrier determine which solution is best suited. That is why we always deliver a custom solution tailored to the customer’s specific situation and requirements.

In addition to unloading, we can also automate the loading of racks. Furthermore, we provide robotic solutions for handling all other types of carriers and packaging formats, such as depalletizing, palletizing and the unloading or loading of crates. Combined solutions are also possible.
