While Procona flower buckets are designed for the efficient packaging and distribution of cut flowers, automated palletizing remained a challenge. We developed a reliable robotic solution that not only palletizes Proconas, but also handles flower boxes, pallets and interlayer sheets.

Our innovative cheese inspection solution has been enhanced with a new feature. In addition to detecting mould growth and residual blue foil, our vision system can now also identify remaining rind fragments. An extra quality control step that contributes to an even more reliable production process.

How designing a labor-reducing solution can also lead to a better and more consistent quality. Together with the customer, we took a step back to explore how to improve product quality while reducing reliance on manual handling.

Wraps are becoming increasingly popular. But as their popularity grows, so do the demands in terms of flavours and presentation. This calls for wrap lines that are flexible enough to keep up with these developments. That’s why the wrap lines from DERO GROEP are being continuously improved.

Our new flexible bin picking robot cell fully automates the process of removing fragile and frozen products, such as vegetarian schnitzels, from crates and placing them accurately in trays. Without any loss of quality, and with high capacity and low operating costs.

By combining our existing machines with smart innovations, we have developed a new solution for supplying cheese to the shredding line. This system eliminates heavy and repetitive work and ensures a steady supply of cheese in the correct mixing ratios.
