During a special anniversary day, we opened our doors to colleagues, partners, family, friends, and other acquaintances to celebrate our 30th anniversary together. It was a day to look back on where we came from, to show what drives us and to make new memories together. 

What started with a number of individual projects in the fresh produce sector has since grown into a very important pillar within DERO GROEP. But how came this about?

Our new flexible bin picking robot cell fully automates the process of removing fragile and frozen products, such as vegetarian schnitzels, from crates and placing them accurately in trays. Without any loss of quality, and with high capacity and low operating costs.

In the candy industry, manufactured candy is often put into plastic crates for internal transport. This filling is usually still done by hand, which is a labor-intensive and repetitive process. Therefore, we have developed a robot cell for automatically handling and filling of crates with candy.

A well-filled sandwich, perfectly assembled, and produced at high speed, that is exactly what our latest sandwich line is designed for. With a capacity of up to 3,600 sandwiches per hour, we combine efficiency with quality, flexibility, and hygiene.
