By combining our existing machines with smart innovations, we have developed a new solution for supplying cheese to the shredding line. This system eliminates heavy and repetitive work and ensures a steady supply of cheese in the correct mixing ratios.
Manually feeding cheese into a shredding line is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. Furthermore, there is a shortage of well-trained staff, and the need for automation continues to grow. Our automatic supply is therefore specifically designed to process various types and sizes of cheese fully automatically, including cheeses that are difficult to de-bag, such as mozzarella.
Mozzarella is fed automatically to the existing shredding lines as a blend of three cheese varieties in the correct mixing ratio.
The combined robot solutions automatically supply cheeses directly from pallets, including de-bagging. The system can process up to three different cheese types or sizes simultaneously and controls this feed completely automatically, ensuring that the cheeses are always fed to the shredding line in the correct mixing ratios. Thanks to the system’s flexibility, it is also possible to add cutting waste.
This results in a steady and reliable supply of cheese to the shredding line and consistent product quality. In addition, employees who were previously responsible for manually feeding cheese can now be assigned to other tasks within the company.
