Cheese robot depalletizer.

We provide tailor-made robot solutions for automatically de-stacking pallets of cheese. The cheese can be efficiently and reliably supplied to, for example, a processing line or packaging line, or be re-stacked. Our solutions are suitable for depalletizing both loose (film-wrapped) cheese or cheese in a carrier, such as a box or plastic crate.

When the cheese is supplied in a box or (plastic) crate, the robot can automatically remove it from the carrier. The empty carriers are then stacked or disposed of. The robot can also handle empty pallets and interleaves, minimizing manual handling.

Existing and new equipment, such as strapping machines, case erectors, crate de-stackers and crate stackers, can also be integrated to create a fully automated line.

In addition to depalletizing, we can automate the palletizing of cheese. Furthermore, we provide robotic solutions for handling all other types of carriers and packaging formats, such as unloading or loading crates and unloading or loading cheese racks. Combined solutions are also possible.
