Crate unloading robot.

Our various robotic solutions for unloading cheese directly from crates ensure efficient, stable and product-friendly handling. A diversity of cheese and crate types and sizes can be handled fully automatically. The cheese can be supplied to, for example, a processing line or packaging line, or transferred to a different carrier.

Besides cheese, the robot can automatically handle crate frames and interleaves. Internal transport of both the cheese and the crates can also be integrated with conveyor belts, lifts and/or AGVs.

The desired capacity, layout and type of carrier determine which solution is best suited. That is why we always deliver a custom solution tailored to the customer’s specific situation and requirements.

In addition to unloading, we can also automate the loading of crates. Furthermore, we provide robotic solutions for handling all other types of carriers and packaging formats, such as depalletizing, palletizing and the unloading or loading of cheese racks. Combined solutions are also possible.
