Rack loading robot.

We offer a variety of robotic solutions for automatically loading cheese racks. These tailor-made solutions are suitbale for various applications, such as efficient and reliable loading from the production line, during treatment or when transferring from a different carrier. Internal transport of both the cheese and the racks can also be integrated with conveyor belts, lifts and/or AGVs.

Thanks to the flexibility of robots, many different rack types, rack sizes and cheese varieties can be processed automatically. With custom-made grippers, the cheese can be placed in the rack either loose or with a shelf.

The desired capacity, layout and type of carrier determine which solution is best suited. That is why we always deliver a custom solution tailored to the customer’s specific situation and requirements.

In addition to loading, we can also automate the unloading of racks. Furthermore, we provide robotic solutions for handling all other types of carriers and packaging formats, such as depalletizing, palletizing and the unloading or loading of crates. Combined solutions are also possible.
