Cheese robot palletizer.

Our various robotic solutions for automatically loading cheese onto pallets ensure a flexible, efficient and reliable palletizing process. These tailor-made solutions are suitable for palletizing both unpacked cheese and cheese packed in boxes or (plastic) crates. Combinations with loading cheese in outer packaging are also possible.

Thanks to our custom-designed grippers, different box sizes and pallet patterns can be handled flexibly. Additionally, the robot can unstack empty pallets and place interleaves to minimize manual handling.

Because the grippers, product supply, pallet supply, and transport systems are designed to meet specific customer needs, the palletizing solution is optimally tailored to the customers’ situation and requirements. Furthermore, existing and new equipment, such as strappers, case erecting machines, and crate de-stackers and stackers, can be integrated to create a fully automated line.

For lower capacities, you can also opt for our simpler cobot palletizing solution.

In addition to palletizing, we can automate the depalletizing of cheese. Furthermore, we provide robotic solutions for handling all other types of carriers and packaging formats, such as unloading or loading crates and unloading or loading cheese racks. Combined solutions are also possible.
