De-bagging machine.

We offer a variety of automated solutions for hygienically removing film from cheese, reducing the risk of touching or damaging the cheese. Our flexible de-bagging machines are suitable for processing all types and sizes of cheese (both round and block) and all common types of packaging bags. Even big blocks weighing up to 100 kg, such as Emmental, can be processed effortless.

The necessary actions to remove the film from the cheese are performed by a robot. This makes the de-bagging machine suitable for various cheese sizes and reduces the number of components, making it easy to clean. The open and hygienic design meets the EHEDG standard.

The machine automatically adjusts to variations in cheese dimensions, ensuring a stable film removal process. Natural differences in cheese size do not disrupt the process, even when different formats are processed randomly. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with film detection to verify that the film has been removed from the cheese.

Our most compact design even allows for automation in the smallest production environments. For higher capacity, multiple robots can be used and, optionally, a vision system can be added to detect small film snippets, mold and foreign bodies.

The de-bagging machine can be combined seamlessly with a slicer feed. These machines can be supplied separately or as a fully automatic solution.
