Modernized cheese factory Madeta.

Recently we welcomed our first customer in the Czech Republic: Madeta. After an initial request for loading Euroblock cheeses into crates, Madeta eventually placed several orders with us.

Madeta is the largest milk processor in the Czech Republic. For their recently modernized cheese factory in Planá nad Lužnicí, we were asked to deliver a crate loading installation and two stand-alone machines.

Crate loading installation
The crate loading installation is a robot installation for automatically loading foil cheese into crates. The cheeses are rotated, formed per layer and then picked up by the robot gripper and loaded into the crate as a unit. This gripper also places cheese breads in the crate where necessary.

Madeta has a first here! Besides standard Euroblock cheeses this installation also loads smaller cheese loafs. Hereby the robot picks up 40 cheeses at a time.

Stand-alone machines
For the treatment of cheeses and the cleaning of shelves we delivered a stand-alone plastic coating machine and a stand-alone shelf washer to Madeta. This shelf washer distinguishes itself by the application of bowl brushes, which in combination with the roller brushes ensure optimal cleaning of the shelves.

We are proud that Madeta has full confidence in our knowledge and experience and therefore immediately placed several orders with us.
