Bowl brushes shelf washer.

A recent development in the field of shelf washing is the SHW*300L; this machine is suitable for single-sided washing of cheese boards.
Due to the increasing need to wash shelves more intensively, this machine has been developed. The machine contains a combination of roller brushes and bowl brushes; the roller brushes in combination with detergent dosage for an optimal washing function and the bowl brushes for a good scrubbing function. Afterwards the shelves are rinsed with clean water and pulled dry by a wiper.
The machine is available in a version for installation in an automatically working line and as a stand alone machine. The number of brushes in the machine is modular, so that the number can be chosen according to the application and capacity.
Meanwhile, two of these shelf washers have already been successfully put into operation and three more are in production and sold.
