For the supply of the cheese to a processing or packaging line, we can take care of the transport of the carrier, the intake and delivery of the cheese towards the processing line as well as the transport of the cheese.
We can handle all types of carriers and forms of packaging, including combined solutions.
Unloading boxes.
For removing the cheese from the box, to feed it to a processing line, we have numerous robotic solutions available. The desired capacity, set-up and type of carrier determine the choice for the right solution.
Depalletising.
We have solutions for taking foil cheese off the pallet, depalletizing and taking it out of the crate or box including palletizing the empty crates or disposing of the empty boxes.
Unloading crates.
The automatic unloading of cheese directly from crates is done with the help of a robot. We have solutions for a diversity of cheese and crate types and sizes.
