The top trimming unit automatically cuts the top of oversized cheese to the desired height. This ensures a consistent product height for a precise and steady processing operation.
The machine first measures the height of the cheese. Any cheese that is too high is turned over, and the excess is cut off from the bottom. Optionally, the width of the cheese can also be cut to the desired size.
