Shredding line.

The ELTEN/GRL*2000 shredding line is a compact and hygienic solution for fully automatic cheese cutting and shredding. The line consists of modules connected by two conveyor belts. Thanks to its compact layout, modular design, hygienic design and a minimum of transitions, contamination is kept to a minimum.

The shredding line is suitable for various types of cheese and can even mix them together. The cheese, along with any cutting waste, is fed to the cutting unit. Here, the product is cut to the required size and fed directly, in the right amounts, to the shredding drum. Because no additional supply belt is needed, the shredding line has a very compact footprint.

After shredding, the cheese is fed into the mixing drum, and using volume measurement, the correct amount of starch is accurately determined and dispensed.

Great attention was paid to hygiene and ease of cleaning during the design process. The line is constructed entirely of stainless steel, the hydraulic system is fully protected and the conveyor belts can be easily removed for cleaning. Operation is also simple. As a result, the shredding line offers a reliable solution for an efficient and hygienic shredding process.
