This innovative cutting machine is very flexible and designed for cutting and opening small bread at high speed. The cutting unit is suitable for a large variety of small breads, even soft buns/rolls (e.g. pistolets, rolls and croissants). Due to the unique cutting concept changeovers for different bread types are hardly necessary, thus saving a lot of time.

The bread cutting unit can be used as a standalone machine or can be integrated into a single lane or multi lane small bread line.
