The semi-automatic bar cutting machine, precisely cuts cheese into bars for further processing. Cheeses are loaded manually, and the cut pieces are discharged manually. The compact, open design makes the machine very hygienic and easy to clean.
The cheese is divided using a wire or cutting blade. The semi-automatic divider is available for Euro blocks, big blocks (Emmental), cheddar blocks and even round cheese in every thinkable bar size.
