Our patented bread destacker

Smallbread cutter
This innovative cutting concept is very flexible and designed for cutting open and unfolding small bread at high speed. The machine is suitable for a large variety of small breads (e.g. pistolets, rolls and croissants).

Bread destacker
The combination of special separation wheels and a movable feed rack ensures that slices of bread are delivered at the right position without being damaged. The machine is suitable for a large variety of bread types (also bread with fibres).
