Expert session nlgroeit at DERO GROEP.

Yesterday, nlgroeit organized an expert session on the importance of an Advisory Board with us and Maro Dedel, CEO and founder of DERO GROEP, shared his knowledge and personal experiences on setting up an Advisory Board.

To help entrepreneurs move forward, nlgroeit organizes various events, including this expert session on an Advisory Board. Under the slogan "Who keeps you sharp?", Maro and Jan-Willem Onink of CEO Capabel shared valuable insights during this event.

Jan-Willem emphasized the importance of an Advisory Board as a group of objective and independent confidants who help management address strategic and tactical issues. In addition, Maro stressed the importance of carefully selecting Advisory Board members based on the competencies needed to take the company to the next level. His tips included staffing the Advisory Board with people who know the ropes themselves, and thus share with you their mistakes made.

In addition, participants were given a tour of our company and there were also engaging roundtable discussions during the event, where participants could share experiences and receive advice from inspirators and moderators.
