In week 42 we will demonstrate our new fully automatic derinding machine for rectangular cheeses at our location in Nieuw-Vennep (The Netherlands). Sign up for a (digital) visit now!
After the success of our derinding machine for round cheese, we now present our new fully automatic derinding machine for rectangular cheese. This machine can remove the rind from cheeses of different types, ages and hardnesses, for example for further processing in your cutting line.
By using multiple scrapers in combination with two Stäubli robots, we can deliver a steady machine with a high output of 2 cheeses per minute.
