As the demand for convenience food continues to grow, cubes of cheese in varying sizes and of different cheese types are also becoming more and more popular. That is why we designed the ELTEN/CCM*1000 for the fully automatic cutting of large quantities of cheese cubes.

The compact cube cutting machine processes many different cheese types, shapes, and sizes into cubes of the desired size. Due to its double design, this cube cutting machine can produce up to 900 kg of cheese cubes per hour.

We have developed 2 different cutting frames for this machine. Depending on the age of the cheese, the cubes are cut with a wire frame or with a unique, in-house produced knife frame. By measuring the cheese, it is optimally processed into cubes with a minimum amount of waste.

Of course, the machine meets the latest hygiene requirements. Furthermore, the cube cutting machine excels in simplicity and format adjustments can be made quickly and without tools.
