A lot of hard work has gone into developing a new type of bread denester. A bread denester ensures that individual slices of bread are separated from whole sliced loaves in order to feed them to a sandwich line, where they are topped and sliced.
We have built a prototype to begin endurance testing. This prototype is a 2-lane version, which means that it always delivers two slices of bread side by side. The machine is designed in such a way that it can also be built as a 4- or 6-lane version.
The main difference of our development compared to existing machines is that our machine can handle " floppy slices" and bread where the fibers of the slices get tangled. The secret of this machine lies in a principle that we have patented.
