We have ample experience and knowledge in the field of internal logistics too. Besides cheese infeed and outfeed at processing lines and packaging lines, we also have systems for the unloading and loading of all types of carriers: racks, crates, cases, pallets, etc. We also deliver internal transport systems using transport rails, lifts and/or AGVs. 

For taking the cheese from the box to feed it to a processing line, packaging line or to load it onto another carrier, we have a wide variety of solutions available.

We provide solutions for de-stacking pallets of cheese to feed them to a processing line, a packaging line or for re-stacking. This includes loose (foil) cheese or cheese in a carrier. If the cheese is in a crate or box, it will also be removed from the carrier, the cheese transported and the empty carriers stacked or disposed of.

Automatic unloading of cheese directly from crates is done with the use of a robot. We have solutions for a diversity of cheese and crate types and dimensions.

Whether loading cheese from production, handling or transferring to another box, we have a very wide experience on all these applications.

We load both unpacked cheese and cheese packed in boxes or crates on pallets. Combinations with loading the cheese in the outer packaging are also possible.

For loading foil cheese into cases, the cheeses are formed per layer and taken up and loaded into the case as a unit. In order to maintain the shape of the cheese for further processing, we can load the cheese into the boxes with a minimum of space around the cheese. This prevents the cheese from swelling and therefore loss during further processing.
