We want to be able to count on our expertise. But what we don’t want is a rigid or know-it-all approach. Our objective is to continue learning, forever. We grow by learning from each other and from third parties.
We call this the DERO ACADEMY. We host and attend workshops to share our knowledge and experience and to make sure we never stop learning.
We are proud of our drive. We get our teeth into challenges and do not let go until we have met them.
We are a driven team that has a solution for everything. If the solution is not at hand, we come up with one ourselves. Because no matter what, we always make sure it works.
