The salad bowl packing cell is a compact robot solution for high-speed packing of, for example, salad meals and meal kits in crates and boxes. With the flexible delta robot, the products can be placed in the crate or box in any desired pattern. Even unstable packs can be picked and placed effortlessly due to custom-made grippers. And because these grippers are easy to change, switching to another product can be done quickly.

The machine is configurable according to customer requirements, and for higher capacity multiple robots can be placed in series. For picking and placing products with larger dimensions and/or mass, we can also apply a 6-axis robot.
