Our pre-cut vegetables packing cell is a compact robotic solution for packing or transferring all kinds of ready-made vegetable products, such as shredded lettuce bags and pre-cut vegetables (mixes), at high speed. With custom-made grippers, the delta robot can pick up even the most fragile and unstable packed products and place them in boxes or crates in any desired pattern. And because these grippers are easy to change, switching to another product can be done quickly.

The machine is configurable according to customer requirements, and for higher capacity multiple robots can be placed in series. For picking and placing products with larger dimensions and/or mass, we can also apply a 6-axis robot.
