Our packing cell is the ideal solution for fast and hygienic packing and inserting meat, poultry, and meat substitutes. With its high processing speed and accurate product positioning, this robotic solution ensures a consistent and efficient process.

The flexibility of the delta robot(s) allows products to be placed in any desired pattern, for example in crates, boxes, or directly into supply lines for packaging machines such as flowpackers, tray sealers, and thermoformers. The packing cell therefore fits seamlessly into a wide range of packaging processes.

The hygienic design and cleanable stainless steel build guarantee optimal food safety. Custom-made grippers ensure reliable and product-friendly handling, even with unstable packaging and delicate meat and poultry products. These grippers can also be changed quickly and easily, allowing effortless switching between different products or formats with minimal downtime.

The packing cell is fully configurable according to customer requirements based on process, capacity, and layout. Products can be picked and placed one by one, or several at a time using multi-picking. For higher output, multiple robots can be placed in series, and for packing larger and/or heavier products the cell can be equipped with a more powerful 6-axis robot.

This automation solution helps to overcome staff shortages, reduces operating costs, and increases output, resulting in a steady and future-proof production process.
