For the automatic preparation and rolling of wraps at speeds higher than 1.800 wraps per hour, we proudly offer the high speed wrap line. This line makes it possible to use multiple folding and rolling modules on the same make-up conveyor. As a result, it is possible to grow towards a higher capacity step by step.

This line characterized by a high degree of automation, good ergonomics, well thought-out line control and hygienic design. 

The wrap line is configured as required based on the desired end product and a wide range of standardized modules. For example, with modules for feeding, conveying, folding, rolling and cutting tortilla wraps and dosing/depositing various types of sauces, spreads and ingredients.  

Due to the modular structure of the BOSGRAAF product portfolio, our standard modules can also be integrated into existing lines or equipped with their own standalone control for flexible use on multiple lines.
