FlowerCollector.

The FlowerCollector is a patented robotic solution for automatically collecting bunches of flowers and placing them into buckets. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of flower types and (mixed) bouquets and can process up to 5.000 bunches per hour. Thanks to flexible robotic technology, different products can be processed with minimal changeover times.

The FlowerCollector can easily be integrated into existing flower processing lines. For further automation, the line can be expanded with the FlowerBucket in Box, which automatically places filled buckets into boxes. These boxes can then be palletized using a cobot or robot palletizer.

This creates an efficient and automated processing line, from handling bunches of flowers to palletizing boxes ready for shipment. Automation ensures increased productivity, reduces the physical workload for operators, and provides better control over costs, capacity and entire processing process.
