Cube cutting machine.

The ELTEN/CCM*500 cube cutting machine is designed for the fully automatic cutting of large quantities of cheese cubes with consistent product quality. This compact machine processes many different cheese types, shapes and sizes, and accurately cuts them into cubes of the desired size.

With different cutting frames, tailored to the hardness of the cheese, the machine can process both film-ripened cheese and naturally ripened cheese into cubes. By measuring the cheese, it is optimally processed into cubes with a minimum amount of waste. The cube cutting machine excels in simplicity and format adjustments can be made quickly and without tools.

For higher capacity, the machine can be supplied in a double configuration, and a screening system can be added as an option to filter out fines. The machine is also suitable for cutting other sizes or shapes of cheese snacks, such as sticks.
