Our robots designed for torque handling are equipped with advanced grippers and sensors that allow them to take torques in and out of the line to:

1. Filling: Dough pieces can be placed into baking tins using robots and then transferred to or into an oven.
2. Emptying: After baking in the oven, robots can take the baking tins out of the cart, box or off the belt. After which these products can be transported to the next stage of the production process.
3. Buffering: A robot, possibly in combination with a stacker and destacker, can be used for torque management, of the often hot and heavy couples, in a baking tin warehouse
4. Changing: A robot handles switching between different types of baking tins.
