Zentoo invests in robotic packaging lines.

Zentoo continues to invest in the future. That is why they have chosen to invest in new robotic packaging lines from DERO GROEP, scheduled for delivery in the spring of 2027. 

This investment will increase packaging capacity, reduce the physical workload for employees, and prepare the company for future growth. The new packaging line will automate almost the entire packaging process. The robotic system erects and seals export boxes, fills them with flowers, applies the correct labels, and processes orders fully automatically. This not only increases capacity but also creates a more consistent presentation and more standardized processes.

Perhaps the greatest benefit is the reduction in manual labour. At present, employees manually combine two boxes of flowers into one export box. A physically demanding and repetitive task.

With the new packaging line taking over this process, labour requirements will be reduced, allowing employees to focus on work where craftsmanship, flexibility, and attention to quality truly make the difference.
