Sun, sailing and seals.

For this year's annual team outing, the DERO GROEP Joure team headed out onto the water. From Harlingen, we boarded the clipper De Suydersee for an afternoon on the Wadden Sea filled with great views, good company and a BBQ to finish the day.

The day started with beautiful weather. For some, it actually began a little earlier with a traditional Dutch fish snack in Harlingen before boarding the ship. Before long, the sails were raised. Thanks to the two skippers, we were not just spectators, but also got the chance to lend a hand with raising the sails. As we sailed across the Wadden Sea, we enjoyed the scenery and even spotted several seals along the way.

Later in the afternoon, the weather became less favourable, so we decided to return to the harbour a little earlier than planned. Once moored, the BBQ was fired up and we ended the day with some food and good company.

A successful afternoon away from the workplace. We look back on a wonderful day with sun, sailing and seals.
