In both large and smaller bakeries, there is a lot of heavy work that can be automated. With our new multifunctional robot depanner, removing bread loaves from baking tins is a piece of cake and this heavy and hot work no longer needs to be done manually.

Robots are ideal for automating a variety of handling processes within bakeries, such as removing bread from baking tins. Traditional depanners use needles or vacuum technology, but these methods come with some disadvantages. Needles leave holes in the bread and vacuum systems produce a lot of noise and are less suitable for delicate products. Our new robot depanner offers the solution.

The robot depanner uses a rotary belt to take the loaves out of the baking tins.

Rotary belt

This robot depanner removes the bread from the baking tins using a rotary belt. And thus without the use of needles or vacuum. This makes the robot depanner suitable for all types of large bread, including casino bread and bread with decorative toppings such as seeds and pits.

When the bread comes out of the oven, the robot removes the loaves layer by layer from the cart. The lid - if any - is removed and can be greased immediately if necessary. By then rotating the robot's gripper synchronously with the rotary belt, all the loaves are removed from the tins at the same time. Hygienically, quietly and without damage.

Multifunctional

Thanks to a multifunctional gripper, the robot is not only suitable for bread loaves, but also for different types of small bread, like buns and scones. And that without gripper change. A smart, efficient and versatile solution for the bakery of the future!
