FlowerBucket in Box.

To complement the FlowerCollector, we have designed the FlowerBucket in Box. This machine automatically places buckets with flowers in boxes. This allows for labor savings as well as a longer running time and more constant product flow, for example.
The FlowerBucket in Box is based on our robot case packer. Similarly to this machine, the FlowerBucket in Box combines box set-up and packing in one cell. With a robot, planos are picked and unfolded until there are 3 boxes. Then the robot picks up three buckets with flowers and places them in the boxes. The supply of planos and output of filled boxes happens on the same side and both left and right folded boxes can be processed.
The FlowerBucket in Box comes in a processing line directly after the FlowerCollector, which places the bunches of flowers in buckets fully automatically. So these two machines complement each other perfectly!
