Packing cookies and pastries
The Aviateur is a large-scale pastry shop with a progressive mindset. They are innovative, highly efficient, cherishing traditional recipes but constantly refining them.
- Capacity insertion: 325 cakes per minute
- Capacity box loading: 150 products per minute
Three robotic pick&place cells handle the packing of cakes. Two of the robot cells handle placing flow wrap wrapped cakes into trays and the other cell handles packing various products into cartons. The insertion robots are directly behind the flow wrap machine, providing a compact arrangement.
