Our basic wrap line consists of solid plastic conveyors with crate holders for filling tortillas and a fold and roll unit for folding and rolling the filled tortillas.
The unique folding and rolling process developed by us ensures a tightly rolled wrap with a consistent length and diameter (which can be adjusted for each customer). The line is designed according to EHEDG guidelines.
The line can optionally be extended with our modules for infeed, transport, dosing, cutting and packaging.
