The mixed depalletizing robot fully automatically destacks boxes, bags and totes from pallets, even if the products are randomly stacked together. Thanks to advanced vision technology, the system can recognize the characteristics of each product, and the robot cell can smoothly handle different sizes, weights and packages 24/7 without downtime. This is an efficient way to depalletize pallets with mixed SKUs automatically.

We are partners with Plus One Robotics and can thus integrate their mixed depalletizing solution. Plus One Robotics depalletization system can be configured to handle almost any pallet, packaging or product mix, including multipack and shrink-wrapped items, and can also detect and handle slip sheets.

Using Plus One’s PickOne™ AI-enabled software, the robot can identify different objects on the pallet based on their shape, size, and weight. This allows for seamless handling of delicate or irregularly shaped items and the robot can also adapt its grip strategy according to each item's specific requirements, ensuring damage-free handling throughout the depalletization process. Intentional multi-picking is also possible. And with Plus One’s human-in-the-loop technology Yonder™, exceptions can be handled in real time and supervised remotely.
