Weighbelt.

We have chosen (in consultation with Thermo Fisher) to make our own design weighing belt on the weighing unit of Thermo Fisher. The main reasons for this are improved hygienic design and the possibility to easily remove the belt (and therefore better cleaning).
By mounting the belt single-sided and equipping it with a quick-release assembly, the belt can now be easily removed and cleaned. By placing the motor in the center at the bottom, the weighing unit is loaded as evenly as possible and vibrations are prevented, which is important for high weighing accuracy. The drive is transmitted by means of a timing belt.
This weighing belt is applied as cheese weigher and is calibration worthy.
