Tortilla laminator.

During the production of wraps, thick or uneven tortillas can be difficult to fold or may even tear. That is why we developed the tortilla laminator. 

The tortilla laminator evens out tortillas and flattens them to the desired thickness, making them easier to fold and roll. Heated rollers prevent the tortillas from tearing during the laminating process. The height of the rollers can be adjusted to achieve the desired thickness. Furthermore, the hygienic plastic conveyor belt can be detached quickly and easily for cleaning. 

The tortilla laminator can be used as stand-alone machine or can be integrated in our automatic wrapping line.
