We have developed a new hygienic suction cup for handling foil cheese.
Our robots have been successfully using suction cups for handling foil cheese for many years, including for loading and unloading maturing crates and palletizing Euro blocks. To make it more hygienic, we have developed a new one with high suction power and little maintenance.

The new suction cup is not only more powerful and efficient, but also more flexible. For example, it’s available in different versions, making it suitable not only for Gouda cheeses but also for Cheddar.
Also, all contact materials are FDA approved, so the suction cup can also be used for handling naked cheeses.
